Terms of Use — Friendzy

By downloading, installing, or using Friendzy, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

1. The service

Friendzy is a party game app that provides a collection of in-person group games for entertainment purposes. Games include prompts, word games, trivia, and social deduction games played by a group sharing a single device.

We may update, modify, or add features through App Store releases.

2. In-app purchases

Friendzy offers optional premium content packs for purchase through the App Store. All purchases are:

  • One-time payments — not subscriptions.
  • Tied to your Apple ID and restorable on any device signed in to the same Apple ID using the "Restore Purchases" option in the app.
  • Processed entirely by Apple. We do not store or access your payment information.
  • Subject to Apple's standard App Store refund policy.

Purchasing any premium pack removes advertising from the app (if advertising is present in your version).

3. Acceptable use

Friendzy is for personal, non-commercial entertainment use. You agree not to:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app except as permitted by law.
  • Distribute, sell, or sublicense the app or its content.
  • Use the app in any way that is unlawful or harms others.

4. Content

Game prompts and content in Friendzy are intended for entertainment among consenting adults and friend groups. Some content may be mature in nature. It is your responsibility to ensure that the content is appropriate for all players in your group, including minors.

5. Intellectual property

Friendzy's software, UI, brand identity (including the Riot mascot and FRIENDZY name), and original content are owned by NULL CLUB. Apple's standard End User License Agreement (EULA) applies to your copy of the app.

6. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Friendzy is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NULL CLUB is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Friendzy. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases, our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

8. Termination

You may stop using Friendzy at any time by deleting the app. We may stop providing the app or restrict access where required by law or by Apple.

9. Governing law

Unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable to NULL CLUB's place of establishment, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may revise these Terms. The "Last updated" date will change when we do. Continued use of the app after updates constitutes acceptance.
