Privacy Policy — GymFlow
This Privacy Policy explains how GymFlow (“GymFlow”, “we”, “us”) handles information when you use the GymFlow iOS application published by NULL CLUB. It should be read together with Apple’s App Store terms and any third-party policies linked below.
1. Who we are
GymFlow is part of NULL CLUB. We do not operate a separate GymFlow account server for core workout features: your training data is stored primarily on your device.
2. Data you create in the app
GymFlow processes information you enter or generate, including: workout routines and templates; exercises, sets, reps, weights, and notes; workout history and streaks; weekly plan preferences; optional body stats; appearance and accessibility preferences (e.g. light/dark mode, bold text, high contrast); reminder settings; and similar app configuration.
3. Local storage and backups
Core data is stored on your iPhone or iPad using on-device storage. If you use iCloud Backup or local device backup, Apple may include app data in backups according to your settings. That processing is governed by Apple’s policies.
4. Export and restore
You may export a backup file from the app. The file is created locally and shared only through the system share sheet to destinations you choose. Restore reads a file you select from your device. We do not receive your backup file on our servers through these features.
5. Notifications
If you enable reminders, the app schedules local notifications on your device. You can disable them in GymFlow Settings or in iOS Settings → Notifications.
6. Advertising (Google AdMob)
GymFlow may display advertisements served by Google AdMob, including banner ads and full-screen interstitial ads at natural breaks (for example after saving a completed workout), subject to frequency limits implemented in the app.
AdMob and its advertising partners may collect and use device, diagnostic, and interaction data as described in Google’s policies. Demand partners may rely on Apple’s SKAdNetwork for install attribution; the app’s Info.plist includes SKAdNetwork identifiers published by Google for this purpose.
7. Consent (Google User Messaging Platform)
Where required by law or Google’s policies, we use the Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) so you can make informed choices about personalized ads and related processing. The app requests a consent information update and may present a consent form before initializing the Mobile Ads SDK for ad requests.
8. App Tracking Transparency (ATT)
On supported iOS versions, Apple may present an App Tracking Transparency prompt regarding access to the advertising identifier (IDFA). If you decline, you may still see ads that do not rely on cross-app tracking in the same way. You can change your choice in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
9. Analytics and future features
We may introduce privacy-preserving or first-party analytics in the future. If we do, we will update this policy and the in-app disclosures where appropriate.
10. Children’s privacy
GymFlow is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction to consent to data processing). Do not use the app if you are not old enough to agree where the law requires it.
11. Security
We rely on Apple’s platform security and reasonable development practices. No method of storage is perfectly secure. Use a device passcode, biometrics, and current iOS versions to help protect your data.
12. International use and processors
The app may be used in many countries. Third-party services (including Google and Apple) may process data in accordance with their own terms and applicable law.
13. Your choices and rights
You can delete or reset much of your data from within the app or by uninstalling GymFlow (subject to iOS backup behavior). Depending on your region, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal data, or to object to certain processing. Because core data is on-device, many requests can be satisfied directly by you; for other requests, contact us via the Support page.
14. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by a revised “Last updated” date and, where appropriate, in-app or release notes.
